Approved Vendors
Photography and videography requests can be made via Lofty under Elegran Marketplace. If an agent chooses to coordinate with a vendor who is not pre-approved, it will be an out-of-pocket, non-reimbursable expense.
MUST HAVES FOR ONBOARDING A VENDOR:

A strong portfolio showcasing previous real estate photography/videography/floor-plan work.

Vendors must be willing to utilize google drive for photo delivery.

For floor-plan drawings, vendors must be willing to provide SVG/working files for further edits.

Ability to deliver edited assets within a specified timeframe, usually within 24-48 hours.

Agents must have past experience working directly with the vendor.​

Email our Marketing Coordinator for Virtual Staging assistance. Be sure to include the images you would like staged with clear direction on the final product. You may also include inspiration pictures.
