Useful Information for Marketplace Requests
Elegran paid marketing collateral is based on a tiered system and determined by the listing price. You may pay out of pocket or use your marketing budget for any collateral requested above what is included in the tier package.
Marketing Budgets are calculated based on an agents current access tier level. Elegran will review the agents last 12 months of gross commission income (GCI) on a quarterly basis.Agents who graduate to the next tier will receive a prorated amount (depending on which quarter) to their new tiers budget, added to their current balance.
The Elegran Finance Team is now accepting Streeteasy Reimbursement requests for daily listing fees on a continuous basis. Advisors are eligible to submit a reimbursement request for any listing as soon as it gets taken down from Streeteasy’s website. Please note, you will have to submit a separate request for each individual listing you would like to be reimbursed for.

Reimbursement Requests should be submitted by the end of each month, for expenses incurred that month. Requests can be submitted via Edge. Approved amounts will be reviewed by Finance and reimbursed on the first business day of the following month via direct deposit to the agent's bank account.

Photography and videography requests can be made via Elegran Marketplace. Click on the link above for all Elegran approved vendors. If an agent chooses to coordinate with a vendor who is not pre-approved, it will be an out-of-pocket, non-reimbursable expense.
