
Marketing Budget
Marketing Budgets are calculated based on an agents current access tier level. Elegran will review the agents last 12 months of gross commission income (GCI) on a quarterly basis. Agents who graduate to the next tier will receive a prorated amount (depending on which quarter) to their new tiers budget, added to their current balance.
2025 Marketing Budget Policy
Reimbursements are processed quarterly. If a reimbursement is submitted outside the quarter it is incurred in, it will be denied.
Budget usage will not be permitted past December 20th, 2025, to allow for year-end reconciliation and closing.

* All marketing budget spends will need to be submitted for reimbursement following the reimbursement process
* Agents must be actively engaging with marketing as well as working on a comprehensive marketing plan with your sales manager by April 1, 2024 to qualify for holiday gifting
* To qualify for Marketing Budget reimbursement in the current year, agents must have contracted at least $50,000 in QGCI in the previous calendar year. Newly onboarded agents must meet a prorated QGCI threshold based on their active period.

Marketing Co-Investments
ABOVE GENERAL MARKETING BUDGET

Advisors who are executing on a Marketing Plan approved by Elegran Marketing, and wish to spend above and beyond their General Marketing Budget provided by Elegran, Elegran will co-invest with its Advisors on marketing initiatives. Advisors have the option to spend above their marketing budget on marketing activities as described in the Marketing Budget Policy, excluding gifting. All marketing activities covered by the co-investment structure are to be pre-approved by the respective advisor marketing manager and paid out of pocket by the advisor. Elegran’s co-investment portion in said activities are to be reimbursed monthly to the advisor following the standard reimbursement process.Such co-investment shall be at an Advisors personal/self-generated split. For example, an advisor who is at a 65% and intends to spend $1,000 on an approved marketing campaign, the Advisor will be responsible for $650 of the spend and Elegran will reimburse the Advisor for $350 of the spend the first business day of the month following the reimbursement request.
