Client Announcement Letter Campaign

Accessing Letter on Creative Studio 

  • Login to your Creative Studio account and in your dashboard you should be able to locate the “Client Announcement Letter”.

  • If you don’t see it, use [this link] to open the template directly.

 

Personalize Your Letter

  • We have pre-filled a suggested script for the announcement to your clients. Feel free to add a personal touch special to your clients.

  • Your information should automatically fill into the placeholders, confirm they are correct and submit to marketing@elegran.com for sending!

  • Please review your design for accuracy before submitting to marketing@elegran.com.

 

Submit Your Mailing List

  • Prepare your mailing list in a CSV file with the following columns: First Name | Last Name | Street Address | City | State | Zip. 

  • Once completed, please download as a CSV file and send to marketing@elegran.com for sending. 

 

Submit for Printing

  • Once your mailing list is sent The Marketing Team will confirm the final cost and proof with you.

  • The first 50 letters will be covered by the company — additional quantities will be a marketing budget eligible expense.
